Whitbread Restoration/Stonemasons is a truly family run business, with father and son working side by side along with our other highly skilled craftsmen in stone and brickwork. Due to the long term relationships we have built with our clients we can provide personal references from any of the works displayed on our website.

We have worked on many projects, from historic castles and churches, to small house repairs and bespoke carvings. We use many traditional methods involving mallet and chisel carving and lime mortar pointing/fixing, to modern fixing systems and specialist resins to allow for the more precise tolerances of today’s modern new builds. Over the years we have grown relationships with many architects and specialist craftsmen in woodwork, leadwork and ironwork so would be very happy to discuss any projects you may have involving these skills.

We are a Nottingham based company and have been involved in many local projects including Nottingham Castle, Wollaton Hall, and St Mary’s Church to name but a few.  We have also undertaken works as far as Ireland and France.
